Josephine Street Cafe is a historic renovation project located in Downtown San Antonio's River District. Our services were engaged to help the owner preserve the historical integrity of the property while enhancing its functionality, aesthetic appeal, and longevity. This project included a patio extension, replacement of the exterior cladding, along with, structural leveling and replacement of the dining room floor.
