Adding to the excitement of the hotel’s grand reopening is the debut of Wilhelm & Werner, a refined Texas brasserie that brings together elevated cuisine, warm hospitality, and a deep appreciation for local heritage. Named in honor of the two families behind the vision, the restaurant symbolizes the partnership that united the Wilhelm and Werner families in creating a destination where guests can gather, celebrate, and connect.

Thoughtful Planning, Lasting Results

At Schumann Consulting, we were honored to serve as the Owner’s Representative/Project Management team throughout this historic renovation of the Faust Hotel. Beyond managing the project from planning through completion, we worked closely with the ownership, design team, and consultants to help shape spaces that are both functional and inviting.

Our team collaborated on the hotel’s room layouts to maximize comfort, efficiency, and the overall guest experience while preserving the property’s historic character. We also played an active role in the planning and coordination of the commercial kitchen, helping ensure the design supports seamless operations, staff workflow, and the high-end dining experience envisioned by the owner.
