Preserving a Texas Icon: The Journey of the Barbarossa Trough

We are proud to have helped write the next chapter for a true Texas landmark. Our team recently partnered with the new owner, Cody Reimer, to successfully relocate the historic Barbarossa Trough and support the development of its new site. This project blended the challenges of moving a beloved 100-year-old building with the opportunity to honor its legacy and create a new gathering place for the community.

From planning and permitting to logistics and site development, our role focused on preserving the unique character of the Trough while ensuring the move was efficient and respectful to its history.
