ParkHaus represents a premier downtown redevelopment project, entailing the ground-up construction of a Class A office and retail space. Schumann Consulting oversaw the acquisition and entitlements of the property, diligently representing the owners through the complex historic preservation process. Collaborating with local historians, our team successfully repurposed and restored one of the three original buildings on site, relocating it to its new home in Downtown New Braunfels. The project incorporated reclaimed materials from the original structures into the new development, ensuring a seamless blend of modern amenities and historical character. This project exemplifies a commitment to sustainability and historical preservation, contributing to the vibrant community fabric of Downtown New Braunfels.
