The Rock Haus Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in Comal County. Their mission is to promote a fully inclusive community by providing opportunities for education, employment, socialization, recreation, and self-advocacy. Schumann Consulting is a partner of the Rock Haus Foundation as the owner representatives managing the renovation and expansion of their 5.2-acre campus in New Braunfels. The campus renovation and expansion project aim to create a comprehensive, multi-building facility that addresses the current and future needs of individuals with IDD and their families. Schumann Consulting’s support and experience has been pivotal in guiding the Rock Haus Foundation through the design team selection, budget management, zone change applications, and master plan development to bring this transformative vision to life, ensuring the campus will serve as a valuable resource for generations to come.
