Schumann Consulting is honored to celebrate the ribbon cutting for First Footing, Phase 2, New Braunfels’ first homeless shelter—a milestone that represents compassion, collaboration, and a shared commitment to supporting our community’s most vulnerable residents.

As the Owner’s Representative/Project Management team for this important project, it was a privilege to help guide the shelter from concept to completion. Working alongside dedicated community leaders, designers, contractors, and stakeholders, we helped ensure the vision became a reality through careful planning, coordination, and project oversight.
