A familiar property in Gruene, Texas, has taken on a new purpose. Schumann Consulting recently worked with the new owners to transform an existing vacation rental into a retail location for Iron Oak Apparel. The renovation brought new life to the property while creating a space that better supports the character and needs of a growing retail brand in one of Texas' most recongnizable destinations. The project required thoughtful renovations to adapt the existing space from a residential-style vacation rental into a functional, inviting retail environment. Rather than starting from scratch, the existing property was reimagined and updated to create a storefront that feels at home in Gruene while providing Iron Oak Apparel with a space designed for its customers and business. For Schumann Consulting, projects like this are about more than construction. As the owner's representative, we help navigate the details, coordinate the moving pieces, and keep the project focused on the owner's vision from start to finish. And this project isn't quite finished. We are excited to once again be working with the owners on an additional project at the same property.
