Schumann Consulting is acting as the property Owner’s Representative for the renovation of the Dittlinger Roller Mills building in downtown New Braunfels, transforming it into Saludos Cocina + Bar, a new restaurant concept from a local business owner. In this role, Schumann Consulting has partnered with the tenant while protecting the existing value of the property for the owner. Leveraging our experience on behalf of the property owner, Schumann Consulting oversaw the design and permitting processes, ensuring that the renovation aligns with the character of the historic building. As the project moves into construction, Schumann Consulting will assist with construction management on the property owner’s behalf, providing critical attention to detail and process management. The transformation of the Dittlinger Roller Mills building into Saludos Cocina + Bar will contribute to the revitalization of the downtown area and enhance the overall community experience, and Schumann Consulting is excited to be a part of that team.
